Mission of this Position:

"Bring the dynamic value of 1-Tom-Plumber and the PINK PLUNGER to Commercial and Residential properties across Long Island by leading a relationship building process of raising awareness and closing leads - so our service team can deliver 5-star solutions inspired by well-informed client choices."

Desired Outcomes:
  • Develop and coach a Sales and Marketing team.
  • Forecast, identify and target specific entities to keep the field and digital team intentional and focused.
  • Establish KPIs and performance metrics for the sales team as well as for the marketing team.
  • Builds funnels, journeys and processes to support valuable relationships with our target audiences (clients, partners and prospective employees).
  • Collaborate with the operations teams to effectively close sales and ensure impactful digital content is delivered.
  • Position 1-Tom Plumber as  THE drain solution provider on Long Island!

  • Blended Compensation Package, includes Base Salary ($80,000 - $100,000) plus bonuses & incentives.
